We’re a group of people with a common belief: everyone who has the dream of creating a place where they can live with their families. Sometimes it’s hard to put all the pieces together. It takes work to figure out the combination of house, land, and budget that works for the needs of each specific client. But we believe that just because something’s difficult doesn’t mean we shouldn’t do it. Other people may have that attitude, but not us. We step up alongside our customers and accept whatever challenges come with building their forever homes. We like doing it, and our customers are glad we do. Our ultimate motto is “ Building the American Dream One Home at a Time”
Meet Our Team
Kelly Daigle moved to Atlanta with his wife, Monique in 1997. Kelly came to Atlanta to help his brother-in-law grow a small grading and flatwork construction company. He brought with him his experience in management from running a restaurant/butcher shop in Louisiana.
Firm grew quickly as they delivered on their promises, working with large production builders. Their company name and reputation spread across Atlanta. During the great housing crisis, Firm retracted and diversified by opening outside of Atlanta. In addition, Firm added framing and landscaping to their portfolio. As their reputation and expertise grew, Kelly started building complete homes for his family and close friends. His advantage being the infrastructure and relationships, he developed through his career. Today, this business is handled by No Doubt Systems.
Currently, Kelly lives in Flowery Branch, Georgia with his wife. They have three boys that are all in the construction industry.
Ed Flachbarth graduated from Georgia Tech in 1990. Upon graduation, Ed took a low salary, high commission job in IT sales. During the first 8 years of his career, he learned about what it truly means when they say “the customer is always right”. In 1998, he was able to be an entrepreneur with some friends/colleagues. This started a run of being able to be part of 4 different organizations in an owner/operator/manager capacity. The last of these organizations being a public company on the Singapore stock exchange and being on their board of directors. With all the experiences garnered by these opportunities, one thing stood out, ” the customer is always right “. Being a big fan of Kelly, his business and the homes he builds, Ed wanted to be part of the No Doubt Team. He spends his time working on the systems and processes to help ” Build the American Dream One Home at a Time”
Currently, Ed lives in Duluth, Georgia with his wife, Holly. They have 4 children.
Jonathan began his career at Home Depot as a manager in the lumber and building materials department. He was hired by Firm Foundations in 2014 to learn from the ground up and understand the entire building process. He started with warranty cases to understand customer needs and went on from there. He is the center point for our office and manages scheduling, bids, and customer communication. He is No Doubt Systems’ Operations Manager.
Currently, Jonathan lives in Hoschton, Georgia with his wife and two children.
Tina began her career as a Commercial Underwriter for Transamerica Insurance Group. She moved into sales at a family distribution business, and at the same time went back to school to obtain her Master’s Degree in Accounting. All of this while raising her 2 children. Tina opened a consulting practice and acted as Controller for a few construction companies. 10 years ago, Tina joined the team and is No Doubt Systems’ Controller. She helps bridge the gap between our customers and the lenders to help facilitate efficiency, keeping the project on track.
As a graduate of Duke University, Chris earned a Bachelor of Science and Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
Upon graduation, Chris worked in operations and then senior management with an international supply chain solutions provider. Soon after, Chris felt the calling to be in the construction industry. Using his engineering background, Chris was able to learn quickly and became an expert in accounting, purchasing, job costing and scheduling.
For the last decade, Chris has developed and delivered almost 700 homes ranging from $130k to $2million in the north metro Atlanta area. He currently holds the primary role of overseeing all aspects of our home build process.
Currently, Chris lives in Roswell, Georgia with his wife and three children.
Jennie Tanner graduated from Appalachian State University in 2005 with a degree in interior design. She began her career working in the hospitality design field, specializing in the FF&E side for a hospitality firm in Raleigh, NC which is also where she is from. Jennie relocated to Atlanta in 2008 after getting married and mover to a high end boutique hospitality firm in Buckhead before heading north to settle down in the Flowery Branch area. Jennie decided to start her own interior design company, Gray Rose Interiors (formerly known as Design Mix). She has worked with a wide assortment of general contractors specializing in residential new builds, remodeling existing homes, as well as smaller independent commercial projects. The price point of these projects range from a $350k remodel to $3.5 million dollar estate homes. She involves herself in every aspect of the new build; beginning with the architectural design and space planning, exterior elevations, finishes and design selections in her office. In addition Jennie works with the subs and super Intendants in the field to assure her clients are pleased with seeing their design “visions” followed through. She has a passion for interior design and new construction. Jennie has partnered up with No Doubt Homes to help create a cohesive design-build process that’s as seamless and “stress free” as possible so the client is able to sit back and relax as they see their dream home come to life! Jennie currently resides in Flowery Branch with her two children, Grayson and Rose.
Wayne started his construction career 35 years ago framing and siding homes. During the past 10 years, Wayne has overseen over 700 single family homes and 200 townhome projects. We first met Wayne in 2017 when FFI started helping him and his team with their concrete and framing needs. In January of 2023, Wayne joined No Doubt Homes.
Currently, Wayne lives with his wife Lynn in Cleveland, Georgia.
Jason Graduated from Kent State University in Ohio.
With his degree in Horticulture, he immediately moved to Georgia where he managed various landscape companies. In the mid 2000’s, Jason made the switch to construction working in the commercial sector overseeing all remodels and ongoing service work. This gave Jason the expertise in all the aspects of construction plus the skills to maintain ongoing relationships with his customers.
In 2014, Jason came to Firm Foundations to be the right hand man of the managing partner, Kelly Daigle. Jason was tasked with all things “management”. As the home building business grew, Jason was tasked to spearhead this group. His knowledge and relationships with all the trades and vendors makes Jason invaluable to the No Doubt team.
Currently, Jason lives in Jefferson, Georgia with his wife and three children.
