Building a home is easy. Once you have the plans and the land, the actual construction of a house is pretty straightforward. Not all builders will help you with issues outside of the construction, though.

Because of our past experiences and responsibilities, we have great relationships with realtors, bankers, vendors, service trades and designers that we rely on to help us serve our customers. Whether you need to find land, overcome credit issues, permitting or laying out your perfect outdoor kitchen, we can help. On the road to your dream home, you will hit snags, we’re ready to help you address it and move forward. If we can’t provide the solution for you, chances are good that we know someone who can.

Our Pre-Build Steps

  1. Let Us Look at Your Lot – We can help with suggestions on placement and home style
  2. Basic Plans – We can look at our built homes and share current costs and finishes
  3. High Level Estimation – Based on what we have discussed up to this point
  4. Letter of Engagement – You like what you hear and want to move forward
  5. Architectural/Site Plans – Put all plans on paper
  6. Meet With Our Designer – Decide all your design aspects
  7. Detailed Budget/Estimate – Set expectations
  8. Sign Contract
  9. Builder and Designer Start Your Home – At this point, 95% of your home should be on paper
