As a result, we put people into the dream home that they’d always had in mind, and enjoy living in a house that was designed for them.

You give us requirements, we figure out how to make it work.

It seems like home builders are always trying to force what they want in a home onto their customers. And that’s why we strive to be different than most builders. Don’t care about 2×6 walls? No problem – keep that extra money. Need ADA accessibility? We’ll work it into the design, and we’ll do it within your budget.

You’re involved throughout the design process.

First we meet to create that list of needs and wants that we’ll base your home design on. We’ll use that list to draw up our first design. You’ll either love it, hate it or fall somewhere in between. No matter how you respond to the draft, we use your feedback to come up with the next design. Once we tweak the design to your satisfaction, we agree upon a price. From there on out, that’s the price that you pay. As a fixed price builder, we can guarantee that what you pay won’t change.

We build within your budget, without exception.

We won’t show you a design for a 3,500 square foot home when you’ve got a 2,000 square foot home budget. We may not always be able to get every single need and want into the home, but we’ll prioritize it so that by the end, you’re satisfied. You’ll be able to choose what to include or exclude to meet your budget.

How is this different than other builders?

Many builders and designers start out with a book of plans. They watch you flip through the pages until something catches your attention, and they try to push that design. After all, why do any extra work to design a home you want when they can just convince you that what you wanted all along was their home? That’s not how No Doubt Homes works. It’s your home, and we’re here to make what you’ve envisioned a reality.

The Genesis

Our pre-construction meetings are the genesis of your new home. We are preparing to put your dream home together, and together we are going to lay out the journey so that the home is built the way that you want it. We include all the details on the plans instead of leaving things up to chance with a one-size-fits-all solution.

Here’s what happens during the designing process:

1. Let Us Look at Your Lot – We can help with suggestions on placement and home style
2. Basic Plans – We can look at our built homes and share current costs and finishes
3. High Level Estimation – Based on what we have discussed up to this point
4. Letter of Engagement – You like what you hear and want to move forward
5. Architectural/Site Plans – Put all plans on paper
6. Meet With Our Designer – Decide all your design aspects
7. Detailed Budget/Estimate – Set expectations
8. Sign Contract
9. Builder and Designer Start Your Home – At this point, 95% of your home should be on paper

In short, we’re thorough. We’ll build a home at least nine times on paper before we’ll move one shovel of dirt.

Step 6, for us, is the most important. We are now putting together a project that we think is going to work the best to give you exactly what you want. We do not want to take chances. Together, we review the project and make sure that we have done right by your vision before that first shovel of dirt is thrown.
